Blue Heron Jewellery is the trading name of Blue Heron Network Ltd. The company is registered in the UK and has been trading online since 1999.

Blue Heron Jewellery has taken great care to describe and display its products as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations in appearance due to the different colour renditions by computer monitors. Handcrafted items will, by their nature, also vary slightly from the photograph. Such items are clearly identified so that you know what you are buying. Blue Heron Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any slight differences in the jewellery supplied.


All items are offered subject to availability at the time of the receipt of your order. Our prices are in Pounds Sterling and your payment is taken at the time of ordering. When items are out of stock, we will offer you the choice of:
  • Holding your order until new stock arrives
  • Substituting another item
  • Cancelling the order

    Orders can be placed online with confidence using our secure checkout. We do not have access to your card details as all card transactions are handled by FIS Worldpay. Alternatively, orders can be placed over the phone with payment taken by bank transfer or cheque. If paying by cheque, please allow ten days for it to clear since jewellery will only be despatched once payment has reached our account. Cheques should be made payable to Blue Heron Network Ltd.

    Payment in currencies other than Pounds Sterling cannot be accepted at the present time.



You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within fourteen working days of receiving your jewellery item(s). In this instance, please contact us to let us know and then return the item(s) to us, unworn and in their original packaging. Once we have received back the item your refund will be processed. We suggest obtaining a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning it or using a Signed For service. Please note that for hygiene reasons returns cannot be accepted for pierced earrings or sets which include pierced earrings unless they are faulty. If your order arrived faulty or damaged in any way, or was not the item you ordered, please let us know within seven working days of receiving it to discuss returning the item to us and whether you would prefer a replacement item or a refund. Our only liability in these instances is to ensure you receive either a full refund or a replacement item.

Should an item be out of stock when we receive your order we will notify you by email, giving you the option to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order we will give you a full refund. If your payment was online we will put through a refund to your card. If payment was by cheque, we will return your cheque. If your payment was by bank transfer we will refund you by bank transfer. We will endeavour to action the refund within two working days of your request.

In the event that an error occurs in the description or price of items in our catalogue, then Blue Heron Jewellery reserves the right to either cancel the order or supply the item at the correct price.

Due to the prevalence of credit card fraud and other risks associated with high value orders, we reserve the right to ask for payment by bank transfer. Your order will only be despatched once we have confirmation from our bank that payment has been received.

Blue Heron reserves the right to refuse to supply any orders for whatever reason.
