Delivery

Postage and packing costs are added at the checkout and charged at the following rates:

UK: Free standard delivery, regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class post and take between two and five working days to deliver. Orders over £40 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For post and a signature will be required. Orders of £100 and over will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will also require a signature.

If you need an item more quickly and provided it is in stock, we can arrange for Royal Mail Special Delivery. We would need to receive your order by 2pm, Monday to Thursday. This will incur a charge of £8.00 for a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next day. An order placed on a Friday will have a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following Monday.

Europe: £9.50, regardless of the number of items ordered. Items will be despatched by Royal Mail's International Tracked service and take approximately ten working days for delivery. Please be aware that the customer is liable for any customs fees and/or taxes.

Rest of World: Currently, we are not accepting orders outside of UK and Europe.

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and then we will email you when your order has been despatched so you know it's on its way!

Please note that where certain items are made to order they can take up to two weeks to despatch, but this will be indicated in the product description.

 



Returns

You can cancel your order for any reason within fourteen working days of receiving your jewellery item(s). If you wish to return an item(s), please contact us first to let us know and then return the item(s) to us, unworn and in its original box and/or pouch. Once we have received back the item(s) your refund will be processed excluding the original cost of postage where charged.

Please ensure that item(s) are returned to us unworn, in their original box or pouch and carefully re-packaged for the post. Please include your name, address, email and telephone number with your package. We suggest obtaining a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning an order or using a Signed For service. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the package to us.


All goods are checked prior to despatch and every care taken to package your item securely. However, if your order is damaged in transit, is faulty or the wrong item(s) is sent, we will replace the item(s) free of charge or issue a full refund including the original postage cost if charged. It is our policy to also refund the cost of the return postage to us in these circumstances.

If returning an item from overseas, please mark the package, Returned Goods, otherwise we may be liable for import duty charges, which we will pass on to you and deduct from any refund due to you.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings or sets which include pierced earrings unless they are faulty.
