Really pretty 'Sommerso Nuvola' sterling silver and Murano glass heart pendant. The heart is made using crystal clear glass, filled with particles of white glass 'clouds' and sprinkles of glittering aventurine.
Crowning the heart is a tiny White Alabaster Swarovski crystal bead. The pendant comes with a sterling silver snake chain in a choice of lengths.
