Five beautifully cut clear CZ stones are held in a sterling silver fleur de lys setting.
The 'Fleur de Lys' (sometimes spelt 'Fleur de Lis') has appeared over time in many coats of arms and flags across Europe and North America, although it has its strongest association with France.
The literal translation of it is 'Flower of the Lily' but the motif is actually a stylised representation of a species of wild yellow iris. This iris is known in Germany as Lieschblume, often shortened to Liesche, Lies and Leys and it is thought that it is from here that the name originated.
