'Oriental Delight' - Quite spectacular, round lavender jade pendant, dramatically inlaid with a sterling silver dragon.
The oriental flavour of this pendant is enhanced by the dragon motif, long renowned in China as a symbol of wisdom and good fortune.
The lavender jade is in the form of a disc with a central cut-out and weighs 60 carats.
Historically the name jade comes from the Spanish 'piedra de jada' meaning
Hip Stone, because the conquering Spaniards in South America believed it was a cure for kidney diseases.
