|Postage and Packing
Postage and packing is added at the ordering stage, and will
be charged at the following rates:
UK - Free delivery, regardless of the number of items
ordered. Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail
and will require a signature upon receipt.
Flat rate of £6.95 per order, regardless of the number of items
ordered. Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail, using either
their International Signed For or Airsure service. In most cases,
a signature will be required upon receipt
Elsewhere - Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from
outside UK and Europe at the present time.
Orders are processed
within 24 hours of receipt and where items are in stock delivery times are normally as follows:
UK: Approximately 3 - 5 working days
Europe: 7 - 10 working
If you require an item urgently
Provided an item is in stock and you are within the UK, we
can arrange for next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

pierced earrings or sets which include pierced earrings.
Blue Heron Jewellery operates a 7-day returns policy, from date of
receipt of goods. Within this time
period, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it to us for a full refund excluding any postage costs. The
item(s) must still be in the original packaging and not have been
worn. Please include your name, address and telephone number in
your package. For security reasons, we recommend using recorded
delivery for your return.
For returns outside of the 7 days, refunds are at the discretion of
Blue Heron. Subject to items being returned in an unused
condition, you will be offered a credit note for the value of the
goods. This can be redeemed by telephoning our order desk on 020
8783 1024 during the following three months.
Except in the case of damaged or faulty items, the customer is liable to
pay for the return postage.
All returns packages will be opened in front of a witness in order to
confirm the content's condition. No refund or credit note can be
made or offered for items which are not returned.
Lost, damaged or faulty goods
All goods are checked prior to despatch and every care taken
to package your item securely. However, if your order is damaged
in transit, or fails to arrive, please contact Blue Heron
Jewellery for instructions on how to proceed. It is our policy to replace lost
or damaged items free of charge.
All items we despatch are tracked and therefore any lost package will
be investigated by Royal Mail.
